I don't like millionaires. For one the become a millionaire, many other people have to be poor. Still, better to have the millionaires that are African living in Africa, rather than American or European living overseas.

These opportunities vary from country to country. In Kenya, fashion and design isn't that lucrative because mist people buy second hand clothes, most of whose quality are much better than new clothes.
Only a small section of people buy new quality clothes.
I'd say farming is where Kenya can make good money. There's lots of fertile idle land.
Education, possibly cheap and affordable education, but, what profits will one gain from that?? And required standards may not be met.
Housing/real estate in Kenya is definitely a big hit. If and when I'm able to, its something I'd love to venture into. It has a lot of potential.

I'm looking to going into farming steadily.

Dear The New Africa Channel, I appreciate the NAC teams for sharing important news for its viewers. I am from Ethiopia and the Amharic version of the translation is not context wise and its misleading. You can confirm this by asking other native Amharic language speakers. I have experience in translating documents, training manuals and audio files from English to Amharic. What, if I translate for you and increase your channels viewers retention rate? Thank you! Watch out! Bottom line is outsiders want that land and will do anything to get it! They will introduce alcohol, drugs and all the women you want. Don't be fooled. Don't sell your land. Lease it out instead.
