Real estate in emerging markets is a great way to make money in another country. Yeah it doesn't necessarily mean you can be super mobile but it gets you out of your home country and for $1100 per sq meter in some places it's not the worst idea.

Great videos, been watching for a while. Question: Can you do a video about other countries (non US) that will take Americans in their military, then give them free education and/or lead to residency or citizenship in that country? Lot of conservative kids normally joint the military to take a break/see the world, before continuing their education or to get training for their future…..

I went off shore started a small bank it went from $100,250,000 USD to $3,900,000,000 USD in 19.5 months. I used information I learned by Living in Switzerland over an 18 month. I want to Estate Planning school in 1972 given by Woodman Accident and Life in Lincoln Nebraska. I was number one in my class. I tryed to barrow $5,000,000,000 and the day we wend to close on the loan the US Dollar took a large dip aginst the Swiss Franc. And the loan was turned down. It was all most

Maybe I'll start a consulting business for 4 and 5 figure entrepreneurs who want to escape tyranny. Nah, there's probably no money in that. I could start a nonprofit and get grants to help "refugees."

is house sitting really a thing? hear these stories about the person landing some sitting gig where they, for example, would be responsible for watching the owners vacation home in Aspen, ect for 6 months and the get to live rent free. since some areas an empty house attracts squatters, thief, and vandals, so its beneficial to have a trustworthy person occupying the house.

The most important point I take from this video: have a personal advisor who will hold you accountable to your plan. The rest of the video all great but I feel having the “active” advising is what will take you next level.

Great list! I would add one thing: newsletters/articles. Lot of people making significant incomes publishing either on their own sites or with third parties such as Substack. If you having a email mailing list through your own site, that's also a good market to which you can offer other products/services.

Hi Andrew, I have been a service provider as an accountant in Australia for the past 13 years. It has not always been successful because of kidney health battles but I have stumbled across two contracts from one client in your original home country USA, and one in UK, I can complete online from my home and office in Australia. It can be done, it just takes time and there is definitely a need to have a good team around you both virtually and in real life. As long as I have an internet connection that is good – no dramas.
