Love these tips, thanks so much for sharing! I have property that i rent out on Airbnb, but within the past year I started renting out random spaces as storage and it's been awesome. Has anyone else done this?
Amazing service! I was hesitant at first, but swiftlloans came through for me. I got the cash I needed without any delays or issues.
Hi Dina! Thank you for all the information, it has been really helpful, I just would like to point something out.
I know that nowadays, people know <how to use> social media, and there are a lot of tools for us to create free content (canva)
BUT, as a professional marketer, I studied 4 years to obtain my bachelor degree and 1 to get my Master Degree in Digital Marketing. I want to tell you something, for you to work in <social media marketing>, you have to have a basis, in this field it is called Traditional Marketing, you need to know about Investigation, market segments, branding, and a big ETC to be able to manage the showcase of a brand, digitally that's social media. And then you need to have knowledge about marketing tools, beginning with FB ads.
So, for that there is a profession, you can't go saying you can perform a surgery if you are not a titled surgeon.
(I'm not saying you have to go to a formal college in this case, but to have the knowledgments required)
Printing journals sound fascinating but I lack the upfront funds. I've considered jewelry and candle making too. I'm actually trying the jewelry but getting supplies is difficult. I considered youtube channel but I have low-self esteem, concerning my voice especially. It's also a noise driven household of 8 people.
Great video! thanks a lot for sharing
You are so awesome! I enjoy your channel.
Hi Dina! Thank you for this video. I have tried many side hustles as well over the past two years, including blogging and coaching, and have been feeling burnt out. All of my friends are in corporate 9-5s and I feel like I often get weird looks/judged for going this route, so I'm super glad you made this video and shared the info with us. Makes me feel less alone in this journey. Best of luck and I hope you achieve everything you want this year! 🙂
Hi Dina what do you sell on Etsy? Thanks
Thank you Dina! I really like your sharing with this light-hearted vibe and easy pace to follow. 🙂
how do you make an Etsy shop
Thank you for this! I love how real you are and share things you have done or other people have done that work! Thank you!!!
Hi Dina, thank you for your video! It was very informative.
I had a small construction company for the past 3 years, and I've done everything alone, and I find it almost impossible to find reliable employees so I'm trying to work from home now.
I'm tired of doing the work of 3 people, so I have been doing woodworking in my garage and selling them on marketplace.
It's going ok but my weak point is that I do not how to promote or advertise.
I feel as of I did know how to advertise I would be rolling in the dough, because my products I make are very nice and affordable.
I don't care what I do to be honest.
I just don't want to work for someone anymore. I will work harder by myself and potentially make more money.
Any suggestions??
I did Rover dog sitting for about a year and still dog sit for people I know. It is a nice side hustle to make some extra cash.

I’m so proud to see how far you’ve come since starting your channel! I was following you on IG before you started posting on YouTube. I remember when you use to get so few views but you always were consistent & I really admired that.
Well done!
& all the best
How did you manage to do all those things.
So many great side hustle ideas!! I personally LOVE online courses!
Great video
I’d look into air bnb more. It’s pretty scary when you learn more about them as a company not to mention your personal safety & wellbeing of the property.
Love all your ideas!
Where did you get your tripod for your phone?
I've been a flipper since 2013. I make 6 figures.
It’s just so refreshing to see that there are other things out there to make money with, not just average and draining 9 to 5 jobs. Really gives me hope
That's impressive how much you've done in a year! Really gives me a motivation to keep going
Thanks for the share, some great suggestions in there. Have actually been thinking about starting an Etsy Digi store for a while now and have been working on my digies. Just need to work out how the uploads downloads work. Any help and suggestion in this area, would be much appreciated :).
Did you mention you had a link to Canva pro free 30 day trial? I felt like you mentioned that but don't see the link. Thanks!

You are so well spoken. Great information. Im searching for a business and coming up empty.
I have something I would like to do myself. I want to make a channel on basic cooking skills and chores for the lazy significant other. I don't want to give away the entirety of the plan, but I think it has real potential. For example, I can cook a healthy breakfast in less than 90 seconds, no joke. Problem is that we live below our means to try and get ahead so our apartment is not nice to say the very least. Any ideas how I can work around the very ugly elephant in the room? I know my content will not be top tier in the beginning due to lack of experience, but not trying is the easiest way to fail.

Love it. I am a side hustler myself. It is good to be able to control your income and not to always rely on a paycheck !
❤ the last phrase “Be in the right mindset” maybe you should do a video about that.
Do you have a video on how to become a coach?
Does all this actually give you money?
Woww. Glad that I found your channel
Doordash its a pretty good option, at least in Georgia, you can get up to 150 in only 8 hours, working 1 hour daily on weekdays and a little bit more weekends at night, just by picking up food, driving and dropping it off
finally a good video with no bs, this coming from someone who is really skeptical of everyone lol
