2. Virtual assistant: Many entrepreneurs and small business owners need help with administrative tasks. Offer your services remotely as a virtual assistant and help manage schedules, emails, and data entry.

3. Social media management: With businesses relying heavily on social media presence, there’s always a demand for social media managers. Help clients create content, engage with their audience, and manage their accounts.

4. Transcription services: If you have good listening skills and a good typing speed, providing transcription services can be a lucrative side hustle. Transcribing audio files or videos can be a flexible and well-paid option.

5. Graphic design: If you’re creatively inclined and have design skills, offer your graphic design services. Create logos, social media graphics, or even merchandise designs for businesses or individuals.

6. Airbnb hosting: If you have an extra room or property, consider capitalizing on the rise of home-sharing platforms like Airbnb. Renting out your space can be a profitable venture.

Love these tips, thanks so much for sharing! I have property that i rent out on Airbnb, but within the past year I started renting out random spaces as storage and it's been awesome. Has anyone else done this?

Hi Dina! Thank you for all the information, it has been really helpful, I just would like to point something out.
I know that nowadays, people know <how to use> social media, and there are a lot of tools for us to create free content (canva)
BUT, as a professional marketer, I studied 4 years to obtain my bachelor degree and 1 to get my Master Degree in Digital Marketing. I want to tell you something, for you to work in <social media marketing>, you have to have a basis, in this field it is called Traditional Marketing, you need to know about Investigation, market segments, branding, and a big ETC to be able to manage the showcase of a brand, digitally that's social media. And then you need to have knowledge about marketing tools, beginning with FB ads.

So, for that there is a profession, you can't go saying you can perform a surgery if you are not a titled surgeon.
(I'm not saying you have to go to a formal college in this case, but to have the knowledgments required)

Printing journals sound fascinating but I lack the upfront funds. I've considered jewelry and candle making too. I'm actually trying the jewelry but getting supplies is difficult. I considered youtube channel but I have low-self esteem, concerning my voice especially. It's also a noise driven household of 8 people.

Hi Dina! Thank you for this video. I have tried many side hustles as well over the past two years, including blogging and coaching, and have been feeling burnt out. All of my friends are in corporate 9-5s and I feel like I often get weird looks/judged for going this route, so I'm super glad you made this video and shared the info with us. Makes me feel less alone in this journey. Best of luck and I hope you achieve everything you want this year! 🙂

Hi Dina, thank you for your video! It was very informative.
I had a small construction company for the past 3 years, and I've done everything alone, and I find it almost impossible to find reliable employees so I'm trying to work from home now.
I'm tired of doing the work of 3 people, so I have been doing woodworking in my garage and selling them on marketplace.
It's going ok but my weak point is that I do not how to promote or advertise.
I feel as of I did know how to advertise I would be rolling in the dough, because my products I make are very nice and affordable.
I don't care what I do to be honest.
I just don't want to work for someone anymore. I will work harder by myself and potentially make more money.
    Any suggestions??

I’d look into air bnb more. It’s pretty scary when you learn more about them as a company not to mention your personal safety & wellbeing of the property.

I have something I would like to do myself. I want to make a channel on basic cooking skills and chores for the lazy significant other. I don't want to give away the entirety of the plan, but I think it has real potential. For example, I can cook a healthy breakfast in less than 90 seconds, no joke. Problem is that we live below our means to try and get ahead so our apartment is not nice to say the very least. Any ideas how I can work around the very ugly elephant in the room? I know my content will not be top tier in the beginning due to lack of experience, but not trying is the easiest way to fail.

Doordash its a pretty good option, at least in Georgia, you can get up to 150 in only 8 hours, working 1 hour daily on weekdays and a little bit more weekends at night, just by picking up food, driving and dropping it off
