Mechanic work in general is in high demand. If you’re a mechanic you could start a business and be busy full time day one.

I didn't become financially independent until I was in my late 40's, and I'm still in my 40's. In addition to having purchased my second home and earning money on a monthly basis through passive income, I've also achieved three out of five goals. I just hope this inspires someone to realize that it doesn't matter if you don't have any of these things yet, you can start today no matter your age. Change your future by investing! I made a rather big decision by investing in the financial market.

Elevator repair is highly regulated. I doubt you’d be able to go out and just fix elevators without licensure and permits from the king

We are building a direct marketplace for field service professionals and could use support from fellow field professionals. Ever since HomeAdvisor, formerly ServiceMagic, entered our industry, their entire solution has been growing in the wrong direction. Large lead generation platforms are now competing with small service workers, hoarding job leads only to turn around and sell them back at a premium.

This has left busy field service professionals with either the choice to pay for hit-and-miss leads or to leave the field and spend more time marketing their business, resulting in idle time and a lack of quality work. Boots & Ladders solves both issues. The network design generates job leads at no cost and allows field service pros to break free from the back office, enabling them to focus on the most important key to their success: job results.

We are still in the beta phase, and not all features are implemented, but here is a glimpse of what the future of home services looks like

Oriental Rug cleaning, mattress cleaning and tent rentals are 3 good ones. Bull Dozer rental is just absolutely ridiculous and too much of a start up cost to be realistic.

Absolutely do not get into renting out equipment… the renters will always beat the absolute dogwater out of the equipment. You will have repairs after every renter and youll simply never recoup your costs.
