2024 Week Vlog: Reflecting on Letting Go, Vision Board Review, & 75 Hard Week 2 in My Content Bag

Hey everyone! Welcome back to another week vlog. This week has been all about letting go and reviewing my vision board for 2024. I’ve also been keeping up with week 2 of the 75 HARD challenge and taking you inside my content creation process. So, let’s jump right in!

Letting go is never easy, but it’s necessary for personal growth and happiness. I’ve been exploring the idea of letting go of things that no longer serve me, whether it’s negative thoughts, toxic relationships, or bad habits. It’s a process, and I’m taking it one step at a time. I’ll be sharing some tips on how to let go in an upcoming video, so be on the lookout for that.

I also took some time this week to review my vision board for 2024. It’s important to regularly reassess our goals and dreams to make sure we’re still on track and working towards what truly matters to us. I made some adjustments and added a few new things to my vision board, and I already feel more inspired and motivated to keep pushing forward.

In terms of fitness, week 2 of the 75 HARD challenge has been tough but rewarding. I’ve been sticking to my diet, getting my workouts in, reading 10 pages of a personal development book, drinking a gallon of water, and taking a progress picture every day. It’s a lot of work, but I can already feel myself getting stronger, both physically and mentally.

Finally, I’ve been diving deep into my content bag this week. I’ve been brainstorming new video ideas, planning out my social media content, and engaging with my audience. Creating content is a passion of mine, and I love being able to connect with people through the stories I share.

That’s it for this week’s vlog. I hope you enjoyed coming along with me as I navigate through letting go, reviewing my vision board, tackling the 75 HARD challenge, and diving into my content bag. As always, thank you for your continued support, and I can’t wait to see where the rest of 2024 takes us!

I'm not a lemon pepper girlie but definitely use garlic powder and Onion powder but garlic powder is more flavorful.

If the salts are too much for your body to handle try using fresh seasonings like onion garlic parsley cilantro scallions and bell peppers. You can blend it up and freeze it and keep it in your freezer for up to a month. Add minimal salt and your food will taste 10x better and its way healthier.

Not the genocide juice. Not supporting genocide should be on your vision board. Free palestine, Free Congo, and Free Sudan.

In my opinion…. Garlic does have a taste you just have to use a lot of it. Or try cooking with minced garlic that has more flavor
