   Nice video! I'm on the fence between Phucket and Pattaya, ruled out koh panghan and koh samui due to my assumption that there is reliable/stable internet there.
   What options for internet are there on the island and what speeds can you realistically expect?

   Hi thank you for sharing this knowledge! Question- how reliable is the power infrastructure on Samui? Is there ever any concern about outages, say, during monsoon season for example? Wondering about the viability of working remotely from Samui during regular 9-5p EST business hours~ e.g. reliably conducting conference calls, zoom meetings, etc..

   I own an online retail business in the UK thats run from a laptop.

   I'm planning to be in Koh Samui in November for at least a month.

   My aim is to eventually live there and move my business there also.

   Samui is just splendid…
   
   I am still researching the Visa options, and admitedly I feel lost.
   
   I would like to humbly ask you for your theorization of what visa would be fit for a 37 y.o. EU Male, planning to reside in Chiang Mai and doing:
   
   1. Local Investments of small and moderate amounts directly with and to the local brands;
   
   2. Creating an export hub/company which exports the catalogued and arranged products of, let's say, 5 local companies in a bulky manner;
   
   3. Creating a Digital Brand and maintaining online and physical presence for its operation, which is outside of the fields of operations of point 1 & 2 in the list (for the sake of my question, let's just name point 3 "An Online Entertainment Company").
   4. Need to do also some medical – BG had a few years and countless rough patches when we are talking Healthcare.
   
   My Budget: 1st to 2nd bracket of six figures, Euro. I am still in selling procedures here in Bulgaria, so I cannot just type a specific number, but rather an average estimate….
   
   I would love to read your thoughts on the matter, for I really admit it – I am somehow lost with all available visa options.
