    He don't know shit about website testing. You don't test for client experience you searching for buggs and errors. You don't get paid for test, and nobody is haired only for one test. Also you need to know how to test, cycles of tests, bug report foftware, project management software, a lot of specialist vocabulary and most of the times you need ISTQB ( in Europe) certificate, very often you need to know basics of minimum two programing languages to know what is in the code and what comand console show you, also market of the jobs is very, very competitive.

    As for Voice Over work, I started five months ago. I have tons of training from my theatre history and have top notch equipment. I'm being real here, the competition is so thick that I've only gotten five gigs and that's totally normal in the industry. This isn't a random part-time gig. You have to audition a ton every day. I'll clock 3 hours in just auditions alone. 3 HOURS A DAY unpaid audition time.
