Becoming a Famous Travel Vlogger [Influencer] in The Sims 4 Get Famous: A Step-By-Step Guide

If you’ve ever dreamed of traveling the world, visiting new and exciting locations, and sharing your experiences with thousands of adoring followers, then becoming a travel vlogger or social media influencer might just be the perfect career for you. And thanks to The Sims 4 Get Famous expansion pack, you can now live out this dream in the virtual world.

In The Sims 4 Get Famous, players can create and customize their very own influencer character, traveling to different destinations, creating engaging content, and building a following of fans. But how can you turn this virtual reality into a real-life career as a travel vlogger? Here are a few tips to get you started:

Find Your Niche: The first step to becoming a successful travel vlogger is to find your niche. What sets you apart from other influencers? Do you specialize in luxury travel, budget travel, adventure travel, or maybe even solo travel? Finding your niche will help you stand out in a crowded field and attract a dedicated audience.

Create Engaging Content: Once you’ve found your niche, it’s time to start creating content. This could include vlogs, travel guides, packing tips, and more. The key is to make your content engaging, informative, and visually appealing. Use high-quality cameras and editing software to ensure that your videos are top-notch.

Grow Your Audience: Building a following takes time and effort, but there are a few things you can do to speed up the process. Engage with your audience by responding to comments, asking for feedback, and collaborating with other influencers. You can also use social media platforms to promote your content and attract new followers.

Monetize Your Channel: Once you’ve built a sizeable following, you can start to monetize your channel. This could include partnering with brands for sponsored content, joining affiliate programs, or even selling merchandise. Just remember to stay authentic to your brand and only promote products and services that you truly believe in.

Network with Other Influencers: Networking with other influencers can open up a world of opportunities. You can learn from their experiences, collaborate on projects, and even cross-promote each other’s content. Building a strong network can help you grow your brand and reach an even wider audience.

Stay Consistent and Authentic: Finally, the key to becoming a successful travel vlogger is to stay consistent and authentic. Keep creating and sharing content that you’re passionate about, and don’t be afraid to show your true self to your audience. Authenticity is what will ultimately set you apart and attract a loyal following.

While becoming a famous travel vlogger in real life may be a little more challenging than in The Sims 4 Get Famous, the principles remain the same. By finding your niche, creating engaging content, growing your audience, and staying authentic, you can turn your passion for travel into a successful career as a travel vlogger and influencer. So start planning your next adventure and get ready to share it with the world!

Thanks for these vids! I’ve revitalized my Sims play recently by making a random generations challenge. One goal is for each kid in each generation to have different careers. Sadly, the game doesn’t offer many but you’ve inspired me to create a few of my own using what’s available. One of my future kids will be a travel vlogger married to a photographer!

This is so helpful! I currently have a sim that's into hiking and extreme sports, and I'd love for her to eventually start doing exploration videos and maybe even some writing. Wouldn't it be cool if we could have sims hire a video editor, btw?

If you have multiple digital frames, change the rotation time on each one to different hours. Then you can have a gallery wall showing different pictures instead of the same ones.

I did something similar to this! XD I decided I wanted to have a sim be a famous knitter, so I included a live-in video editor in her household who does all of the video editing, drone upgrades, etc. And my knitter just hits the 'Upload' and 'Reply to Comments' options on the editing suite. It was actually really fun! My editor sim even had some time for her own life (she was taking a couple of uni courses and she worked part-time as a lifeguard!).

I've been enjoying a playthrough just like this, just to go back and re-discover things about the game. I had to stop two worlds in to start a relationship and make some money, then took up photography as well for when I get back to traveling, but you've absolutely sold me on the idea of using the drone whilst doing so, as well, plus bringing my sim's significant other along.

One thing I've been doing is using Outdoor Retreat's portable amenities (tent, blow-up beds, shower, fire, and cooler) to set up campsites by using "place in world" on community lots and worldspaces (it's a bit tedious, like you said with the tripod), but I don't have to pay to stay anywhere, and I can leave and come back to them any time. The one complaint I have is that random sims will intrude to use my tent, shower, and cooler, but I can generally scare them off.

You need more subs, my dude. You're too golden.
