Great advice, Joe. I’ve been trying dropshipping on ebay, and I’ve pretty much been wasting my time with that. Hopefully I’ll have better luck with FBA.
Great video! You are at least honest about starting up an Amazon Business!
Great video man. The downside that I don’t like about prep centers is that it drastically decreases the number of profitable products you can source for wholesale due to the higher cost per item. If I were to start over, I would go the climate controlled storage unit route sooner. I would of hired a few employees to prep inventory at the storage unit. When I had a climate controlled storage unit, I had like 300 square feet for around $290 to $300 a month. I would eventually scale to a warehouse when the volume is there. I have gotten use to having a warehouse and love the control is gives you. Another option is for people to lease space through a third party warehouse management company. My current warehouse suite is around 900 square feet, and it is one of many smaller secured warehouses inside a huge warehouse. Various business lease spaces here, and the company that owns the building handles shipping and receiving. So for example, there is staff available form 9 to 5 to receive my pallets. Also that same staff is there to give my pallets to trucking companies when we send pallets out. The facility also has daily UPS, FedEx, and UPS pickup. So this allows my company’s warehouse employees to mainly focus on prepping inventory to send to Amazon instead of waiting for trucking companies. Yes I pay a premium, but it is well worth it.
It's Joe!
