   You can set up your Ebay Account to not accept people with a low or bad rating.

   Funny you posted this because I had this issue yesterday. It was for a textbook though and they messaged asking to sell only the code. Told them no then they bought the book so I just cancelled the order. It just seemed off to me

   Just send the code using eBay's mail, which you have to do anyway, right? That will have all the proof you need. EBay can access it.
