Just did the application for the bairedev position. They have a lot of assessment tests to take once your application is submitted, (one during the application) they ask you how much you currently make or made on your previous job, (which is odd for them to ask especially since they don't disclose how much that position pays) a recorded message is required for current job skills, and you can also record a video which they state "improves" your chances, it does feel like jumping through hoops. Just wanted to share so if anyone wanting to apply can know what to expect. I did the first assessment that was required during the application process…. not sure if I will do the rest that show in your dashboard to complete…. I don’t think your application will be considered until the assessment tests are taken and they do give you a deadline, all assessment tests are timed and they are quite long.
