E-commerce has become a popular and lucrative industry in recent years, with more and more people turning to online retail as a means of making a living. Two popular methods of online selling are Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and Shopify dropshipping. Both methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, but which one is easier for entrepreneurs to get into and succeed?
Amazon FBA is a program that allows sellers to store their products in Amazon’s fulfillment centers, and Amazon takes care of the packing, shipping, and customer service. This means that sellers can focus on finding and sourcing products, while Amazon handles the logistics. On the other hand, dropshipping through Shopify involves setting up an online store and selling products without holding any inventory. When a customer makes a purchase, the product is shipped directly from the supplier to the customer.
In terms of ease of entry, Amazon FBA may seem more straightforward for beginners. With Amazon handling the shipping and customer service, sellers can focus on finding and sourcing profitable products to sell. Additionally, Amazon has built-in trust and credibility, which can make it easier to attract customers and build a successful business. However, the process of finding and sourcing products can be time-consuming, and sellers need to stay updated with Amazon’s policies and guidelines to avoid any issues.
On the other hand, Shopify dropshipping offers a low barrier of entry, as it doesn’t require sellers to hold any inventory. This means that entrepreneurs can start their businesses with minimal investment and risk. Shopify also offers a lot of flexibility in terms of design and branding, allowing sellers to create a unique and personalized online store. However, dropshipping comes with its own set of challenges, such as finding reliable suppliers, managing customer service, and dealing with shipping and fulfillment issues.
Ultimately, whether Amazon FBA is easier than Shopify dropshipping depends on the individual’s preferences and skills. Amazon FBA may be more suitable for sellers who prefer a hands-off approach to logistics and have a knack for finding profitable products. On the other hand, Shopify dropshipping may be a better fit for entrepreneurs who enjoy building and managing their own online store and are willing to be more hands-on with the day-to-day operations.
In conclusion, both Amazon FBA and Shopify dropshipping have their own set of pros and cons. While Amazon FBA may seem easier in terms of logistics and credibility, Shopify dropshipping offers flexibility and minimal investment. Ultimately, it’s important for entrepreneurs to carefully consider their own skills and preferences before deciding which method is best for them. With the right mindset and dedication, both Amazon FBA and Shopify dropshipping can be profitable and successful ways to build an online business.

Amazon is not easier. You're competing with everyone and almost everything you do to make sales and ship/return costs a fee. In order to automate (which is he thinks it's easier) your business, you'd need 10k in capital starting out. On the flip side, if you have your own brand/product then you only need to focus on that one thing. It's still a challenge but you have way more leverage over how well the product is marketed, advertised and sold. Will is running an enterprise of teaching his students how to build courses to scam others. I've personally spoke with his assistant and they didn't like that I cancelled my course account and deactivated my debit cards they had on file. I lost $900 believing that I could partner with big brands on this Amazon FBA crap. LOL
Simplicity is best!
Yeah cause these billion dollar brands gonna give some random nobody a wholesale account without any history god these gurus piss me off
I promise you guys, none of those brands will give you a wholesale account. None of them.

And for this model you need huge budget to fulfill these big brand's requirements.
how does one person ship1000 units easily…how do you ship it to amazon after you buy wholesale and they ship when you have a sales?
Remember.. when they are saying it so publicly, is because is of no use to them as too many people are already doing it.
