May I ask, when I create the company, do I choose only one SIC code (47910 Retail sale via mail order houses or via Internet, I think that applys for selling on Amazon) or shall I choose more SIC codes? Hi Ben. Regarding to what you said in the last part of the video: just create the company and bank account and start selling, leaving the brand for later. Well, that means I can't sell under private label and sell with the chinese brand as come from the supplier, right? I can still make sales and money, working on a good listing, but that means I don''t differentiate myself from the others who sell the same product. Otherwise, on the private label I should have my brand name. Cause if I tell the supplier to put my brand on the product, but I haven't registered yet as a trademark, I might get in trouble, right? Anyone could claim that name if they see its selling good and its not registered as trademark.
Once you register a company name Ben and begin with a business account through say a fintech bank account, are you able to begin your process off off finding a product and supplier? Also at what point do you feel like you may need an accountant, is there a threshold where it is best to get one?
Would you advise getting a professional email associated with your company name or just use a free one like gmail, hotmail etc?
