One item that you should always put in your cart is fresh fruits and vegetables. These items are packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that are essential for optimal health. They are also low in calories and high in fiber, making them a great option for weight management. Whether you’re a fan of leafy greens, berries, or citrus fruits, be sure to grab a variety of fruits and vegetables to keep your meals colorful and nutritious.

Look for options like skinless poultry, lean cuts of beef or pork, tofu, tempeh, and legumes like beans and lentils. These items can be incorporated into a variety of dishes, from stir-fries to salads to soups.

Whole grains are also an important item to have in your cart. Whole grains are rich in fiber, which can help keep you feeling full and satisfied while also promoting digestive health. Look for items like whole grain bread, brown rice, quinoa, oats, and barley. These items can be used in a variety of recipes, from breakfast porridge to grain bowls to whole grain salads.

Is it hard to sell used items on Amazon? Have you done a video on that? Do you have to get approved and all that or can anyone sell on there? Thanks.

I work at a thrift store so iys worth hiyting them up several days in a row if you found something good like the mcD toy, we get gaylords in the back and as the ppl go thru it they may do only half and fi ish it up the next day, or the person that dropped off may have put one bag of stuff in on gaylord and another in the next. So things get parcled out as the day goes.

Hey! I appreciate your content so very much so I wanted to offer you a helpful tip. You mentioned abt them putting tape over the stickers and being worried that they'd strip off. So when removing stickers, grab a hair dryer and tweezers. Heat up the sticker a little and gently tug at the edges w the tweezers. It'll come right off w no damage!!!

My goodwill would have locked that Boss pedal behind the glass with a $60 price tag. Your goodwill has actual thrift store prices.

Goodwill stores around here never have good stuff on shelves. They sell the good stuff on ebay themselves.
