These Are Worth $1000… Don’t Miss Them
In the world of collecting, there are items out there worth far more than their initial price tag. These highly sought-after treasures can fetch a staggering $1000 or more. So, if you’re a collector or simply someone looking to make a tidy profit, keep your eyes peeled for these valuable items that often fly under the radar.
1. Vintage Vinyl Records
Once thought to be relics of the past, vinyl records have made a remarkable comeback in recent years. Some rare and limited edition records from iconic artists like The Beatles, Elvis Presley, and Pink Floyd can easily exceed the $1000 mark. Look for original pressings, albums with unique cover art, or those with production errors, as they tend to be the most valuable.
2. Comic Books
Comic books have been a favorite among collectors for decades, and certain issues can generate a small fortune. First editions of legendary comic books, such as Action Comics #1 (featuring the debut of Superman) or Amazing Fantasy #15 (the first appearance of Spider-Man), can reach values well above $1000. Make sure to check condition, as even a slight imperfection can significantly reduce the value.
3. Vintage Video Games
With the rise of the gaming industry, vintage video games have become highly desirable among collectors. Games from the 1980s and 1990s, like Super Mario Bros., The Legend of Zelda, or Metroid, in their original packaging, can be worth hundreds or even thousands of dollars. Keep an eye out for limited editions, rare variants, or games that were discontinued shortly after release.
4. Antique Jewelry
Antique jewelry pieces, such as engagement rings, bracelets, or necklaces, often possess unique designs and craftsmanship that make them highly valuable. Vintage diamond rings, for instance, can command premium prices. Look for pieces from well-known jewelry houses like Tiffany & Co., Cartier, or Bvlgari, as their historic value can significantly increase their worth.
5. Rare Coins and Stamps
Coins and stamps have long been collected for their historical and aesthetic value. Rare coins, such as the 1909-S VDB Lincoln Penny or the 1943 Copper Penny, can sometimes be worth more than $1000, especially if they are in exceptional condition. Similarly, stamps with recognized errors or unique designs can attract top dollar from collectors worldwide.
6. Vintage Designer Fashion
Vintage designer clothing, accessories, and handbags represent an exciting market for collectors. Iconic brands like Chanel, Hermes, or Louis Vuitton can fetch incredible prices, particularly for rare or limited-edition pieces. Make sure to carefully examine the authenticity of vintage designer items, as counterfeit products are prevalent in the market.
7. Artwork and Paintings
The art world is no stranger to high-value items, and the right piece of artwork can become a real asset. Famous artists such as Picasso, Van Gogh, or Rembrandt have seen their artworks sell for millions, but lesser-known artists can also have valuable pieces. Keep an eye on auctions, galleries, and online marketplaces to discover the next hidden gem that could be worth $1000 or more.
Remember, when searching for these valuable items, condition and authenticity are essential factors. Items in excellent condition and with proper documentation will always attract higher prices. So, if you stumble upon any of these treasures, make sure to do your due diligence, and you may just find yourself with an investment worth $1000 or more.

Theres a church down the road who are going to have mission fundraiser inside yard sale this Friday and Saturday. They say you can give them any price you want. Childrens vhs sell pretty good for me.
I collect jadite and have never found a mug..good for you!
You know what would make a great and unique series, that no other channel does as far as I know, is to take videos where you estimate your profit and do a follow-up video 6-12 months later where you post your ACTUAL profit. Not saying you are over-estimating, but shows like storage wars, their estimates seemed out to lunch at times.
Great score on the Jadite. The milk glass Fire King doesn’t do as well as the jadite. Unless you can find some milk glass character mugs like Snoopy.
Oh man, those fire king mugs. Yours look like the heavy c handle ones. Really scarce. Excellent!
Nice Mugs!
Found a Wii Guitar Hero World Tour game in box complete with control for 50 cents. Asked how much it was because it wasn't tagged and the person immediately said "well then it's 50 cents." Wasn't about to argue. Picked up some other good finds at that sale.
At another sale I scored really well with some board games.
When you were looking at the hats and wondering how much they were around the 8:40 mark you could actually see a sign in your footage on the right that said $0.25
I am not surprised the PS Move controllers have gone down in value. They were really only good for PlayStation VR and now that the 2ND GEN PSVR is out and DOES NOT use them they have no use.
got 2 storage totes full of transformers with cardbacks and instructions plus 6 cib sets for 200$.
So what was your free will offer on those mugs? Musta been about 10$
Jadite is standard church ware, not surprising you got the whole box!
Congratulations! Excellent find!
Wonderful that you found those Fire King mugs!!!!
My grandfather worked for the railroad he told us the coffee mugs were used on the trains in the dinning cars , we had 20 or 30 of them when we did his estate sale . I was not a reseller then so I had no idea , I did snag me a couple and they are my favorite coffee mugs .
Thanks for the video sometimes youth sizes sell better than adults sizes because women wear youth sizes always look up Jordan's if it's a good one it will sell high and fast
Wick is the best!
8:00 brass piano/desk lamp = money
The "C" handles coffee mugs are more valuable than the D handles. What an epic score!

I wasn't gonna source this weekend but the family had 40 minutes of down time, so I ran to a nearby estate sale in the last hour of the last day. absolute fire sale. Got 2 annette himstedt puppen kinder dolls in box + 3 Heidi ott dolls in box for $20 total! Never purchased dolls before. The Puppet Kinder go for $100-$500 EACH! And they sat the ENTIRE SALE for 3 days. Bonkers. Great scores for you sir.
That sale with the hats – I think the paper sign by it said they were 25cents each.
The most valuable in my experience are the Fire King Jadeite. Items in that green colour are super valuable!
Name brand baby shoes do well. And usually I can find them for 50 cents ish for Nike and other good brands. Lotted together or individually is usually $15-25 per pair
Don't you wish everyday was Saturday like that, great stuff dude!
Hello Wick, why do vintage FireKing mugs sells for so much, but vintage Pyrex mugs very little? Some vintage Pyrex is pricey but not their mugs. There might be some exceptions but this is my general assessment.
thanks for the tip. does it say fire king on the bottom?
Picking Gods were smiling on you with the mugs find. It happens sometimes. Awesome find.
50 dollars for those retro jordan 13s was a good buy, could have sold it for 120 really quickly
I got a set of the skateboard pieces and thought that would sell great, been listed since February 2022. No offers, almost no views. I always wonder why stuff "sells" but won't "sell" for me.
Nice scores as always! Sales were slow here this weekend. With the rain forecasted it was just dead. Hit a decent neighborhood sale (quantity not quality haha) first thing, then maybe 10 sales the rest of the day.
Great finds!!
