RE: eBay siding with bad buyers. In my experience, eBay sides with the seller when a buyer says they have not received an item, but shipping shows the item was delivered. (I have been on both sides of this.) However, when tracking shows that an item was delivered, but the buyer stops payment through their credit card company, eBay may ask the seller to issue a refund.
