    Chris, talking about health, i would recommend that you avoid industrialized food and mainly sodas and energy drinks like red bull and things like that, i am saying this because i like your videos and the path you are exploring in your life, so i also would like to see you thriving in health this year, and one of my best advices related to this is about the food we eat, the more natural and organic is your food more health you will have.
