    Thanks for the golden nuggets. Instead of doing the llc route (which is expensive three months after signing up 800), I'm getting my dba/fbn through my local county for only 35 dollars. One more week of publication of my business name, then I'll be able to get my EIN, resale permit, business license through my city hall then open up a business bank account. Cheapest way rather than getting an llc at the beginning. After making good profit, thats when I'll upgrade my fbn/dba to an LLC

    In Delaware, being as there is no resell license. Do I put my EIN again? What if they ask for a copy of the sellers permit? Do I upload the irs paperwork?
