How to Get Your Three Videos Approved by the Amazon Influencer Program

The Amazon Influencer Program is a great way for content creators to earn money by promoting products and referring their followers to Amazon. However, getting approved for the program can be a bit tricky, especially when it comes to getting your three required videos approved. Here are some tips on how you can get your videos approved for the Amazon Influencer Program.

1. Focus on high-quality content:
When creating your videos, make sure that the content is high-quality and engaging. This means using good lighting, clear audio, and interesting visuals. Focus on showcasing the product in a way that is appealing to your audience and highlights its features and benefits.

2. Follow Amazon’s guidelines:
Before creating your videos, make sure that you are familiar with Amazon’s guidelines for the influencer program. This includes rules about disclosing your relationship with Amazon, as well as the requirements for the content itself. By following these guidelines, you can ensure that your videos meet the criteria for approval.

3. Be authentic and genuine:
Authenticity is key when it comes to influencer marketing. Your followers trust you to provide honest and genuine reviews of products, so be sure to stay true to your personal brand and style. Avoid making overly promotional or salesy content, and instead focus on providing valuable information and insight about the product.

4. Show the product in action:
One of the best ways to showcase a product is by using it in real-life scenarios. Whether it’s a fashion item, tech gadget, or kitchen appliance, demonstrating how the product works and its benefits in a real-life setting can help engage your audience and make your videos more compelling.

5. Engage with your audience:
Finally, make sure to engage with your audience in your videos. Encourage them to leave comments, ask questions, or share their own experiences with the product. By fostering a sense of community and interaction, you can create a more authentic and engaging video that is more likely to be approved for the Amazon Influencer Program.

Overall, getting your three videos approved for the Amazon Influencer Program requires a combination of high-quality content, authenticity, and engagement. By following these tips and staying true to your personal brand, you can increase your chances of getting approved and start earning money through the program. Good luck!

Do these products need to be purchased off of Amazon? Or they can be any items that I’m using bought from other places? Which means, do I need a purchase record?

How about the length of each video? I heard it should be at least 30 seconds?

Why doesn’t Amazon just tell you what they want. It’s exhausting. Do you help people ever personally? I uploaded mine vertically and got denied, is that what I did wrong? I did say I “loved” the products. Bc I do! Is that it? I’d love to hire you to help me. I only have one more try

From all the comments I see across other YouTube comments, it seems that many people are struggling with rejection due to "video quality" even when using a quality camera and external mic. Perhaps it's a general rejection that may include the reasons you mentioned in this video (quality of the information etc)?

Anybody know if 4K video is preferred?

Good tips thank you! Music however is not allowed according to their guidelines.

I don’t know. I think it just depends on the person judging the videos. Mercedes Gomez (Amazon influencer on YouTube) gave medical advice in one of her shippable videos and got approved. I did pretty much everything mentioned and still got denied.

I’m having so much trouble. I got denied so I deleted the videos like they requested but my little blue tracker went to the negatives. So now I want to upload three new ones but they don’t go until review unless I add enough (5) videos to come out of the negative and up to three.

What do you mean by video placement on the product page? Does that mean there are already video reviews tagged for that product?

    Great video…

I have a question, I created 3 videos and a day later they are on my storefront, so I don’t now what that means… There’s no message stating I’m approved or not, nothing just the three videos I uploaded… Am I supposed to wait a few days for a response about the videos or do you have any idea what may be going on???

I was accepted with 104 followers on TikTok. I think it’s based on engagement not followers.

Is there an influencer portal to submit the first 3 videos? I realized I was accepted last year and never did anything with it. I’m a bit lost — and I created 3 reviews of past items. One got rejected—but I believe it’s because they don’t display videos on the item page and the other 2 got accepted. I created 2 more video reviews and submitted. I never got messaging that say I needed to submit 3 videos in the firs place or even now. Am I on the right track? Thank you!

Very helpful. You are smart and think things through! I just uploaded my first videos and then found out that products need to have an existing MFR video in order to have videos accepted. Hopefully that won't mean being denied.

same story here. I was denied for my first 2 tries. After watching your video, I guess one reason could be the videos are not in high definition quality. We shoot on phones. But I have one question here, do they review if the storefront name mtach the face in the video? For example, if I name my storefront shopping with Dianna. but videos how a man's face, will that be a problem?

hey!! Thanks for this info! Super helpful. I have a question. I am approved and in the influencer account and I have uploaded my 3 videos. I'm a content creator so I have no issues creating good videos within the guidelines. They are all 3 published. But I still have the Blue Lock on my On site commisions. Do you know if this is related? I am confused how my videos are all published but I have no "congratulations you are approved" And still have the blue lock on. Its been 17 days.. :/

    Nicole, please help.
So we upload 3 video at once and if it is denied, will that means we still have two more shots right?

As someone told me to just upload one vdo at a time because if we upload three at once and if you loose that means you are out.

so let me get this strait..you can get approved for an Amazon storefront before your vids are approved? If so, do you have to move forward with the vids or can you just keep the storefront?? If you have to move forward with the vids, if you strike out does that mean you lose the storefront???
