As we enter 2022, the digital nomad lifestyle has never been more popular. With the rise of remote work options and the increasing availability of high-speed internet around the world, more and more people are trading in their traditional 9-5 jobs for a life on the road, working from exotic locations and experiencing the world in a whole new way.
One of the biggest challenges for digital nomads is staying connected to the internet while traveling. This is where innovative solutions like cell service, Travlfi, and Starlink come in.
Cell service is a tried and true method for staying connected while on the road. Many digital nomads rely on their cell phones as a mobile hotspot, allowing them to access the internet from virtually anywhere. With the advancements in technology, cell service coverage is better than ever, even in remote locations.
Travlfi is a newer option that is gaining popularity among digital nomads. Travlfi is a portable Wi-Fi device that allows users to connect to the internet while traveling. This device is ideal for those who need a more reliable and secure connection than a mobile hotspot can provide. Travlfi offers plans with unlimited data and coverage in over 130 countries, making it a versatile option for digital nomads who are always on the move.
Starlink is another game-changing technology for digital nomads in 2022. Starlink is a satellite internet service provided by SpaceX, offering high-speed internet to even the most remote locations. With Starlink, digital nomads can enjoy a reliable connection to the internet no matter where they are in the world. This technology is revolutionizing the way people travel and work remotely, making it easier than ever to stay connected while on the road.
Overall, the digital nomad lifestyle in 2022 is more accessible and exciting than ever before. With innovative technologies like cell service, Travlfi, and Starlink, staying connected to the internet while traveling has never been easier. Whether you’re working from a beach in Bali or a mountain cabin in Colorado, the world is truly your oyster as a digital nomad in 2022.

Hi Peter! Thanks for this video! Are you able to do Zoom meetings using the Trvlfi? We've been doing the comparison and our biggest need is to be able to Zoom once or twice a week (or upload a video post to Instagram) while we are boondocking. Not sure it's worth making the SL investment given we are never sure if we will have an open sky for reception. Though we do like the pause option which Trvlfi doesn't have. Trvlfi tells us that there is no issue with Deprioritization with their system because the are not "resellers" but reviews online dispute that. What is your experience? Also, Trvlfi does not do any 5g, correct? Have you used the Trvlfi in Canada (is it possible)? Thanks!
Do you think the TravelWifi would work well with video call meetings? where there is a signal?
Thanks for doing the video Peter!
Great info.
