I inquired from DIGITAL NOMADS about their METHODS OF EARNING in Bali.

I asked DIGITAL NOMADS how they MAKE MONEY in Bali

Bali is well-known for its beautiful beaches, lush landscapes, and vibrant culture, making it an ideal destination for digital nomads seeking a unique work-life balance. With its affordable cost of living and robust digital infrastructure, many remote workers have flocked to this Indonesian paradise to make a living.

Intrigued by their lifestyle and curious about how they sustain themselves financially, I took the opportunity to speak with some digital nomads in Bali and learn about the various ways they make money while enjoying the island’s splendor.

1. Freelancing: Freelancing is a popular choice among digital nomads in Bali. The island’s diverse community allows freelancers to find clients in a wide range of industries, from web design and graphic design to writing and marketing. By leveraging their skills and networking, freelancers can tap into the local and international market and secure projects that provide a steady income.

2. Online Businesses: Many digital nomads have taken advantage of the booming e-commerce industry by setting up their own online businesses. Whether it’s dropshipping, affiliate marketing, or selling handmade goods, Bali offers a supportive environment for entrepreneurs to launch and grow their ventures. With a plethora of co-working spaces and networking events, digital nomads can collaborate with like-minded individuals and gain valuable insights to scale their businesses.

3. Remote Jobs: Some digital nomads in Bali choose to work for established companies remotely. With the rise of remote work, many organizations have embraced this alternative work arrangement, allowing employees to work remotely from anywhere in the world. This option provides a stable income while giving digital nomads the freedom to explore Bali’s breathtaking nature and immerse themselves in its rich culture outside of working hours.

4. Content Creation: Bali’s picturesque landscapes, vibrant markets, and unique traditions offer an abundance of opportunities for content creation. Digital nomads who excel in photography, videography, or content creation for social media platforms can monetize their skills by collaborating with brands, promoting products, or creating travel guides. Their creativity and ability to capture the essence of Bali’s beauty can attract sponsorships and partnerships, creating a passive income stream.

5. Coaching and Consulting: Many digital nomads have established themselves as experts in their respective fields and offer coaching or consulting services to others remotely. Whether it’s providing business advice, personal development coaching, or offering workshops and courses, digital nomads can leverage their expertise and experience to generate income while helping others achieve their goals.

These are just a few of the ways digital nomads make money in Bali. However, it’s crucial to note that success in this lifestyle requires dedication, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. While Bali’s allure might seem irresistible, it’s essential for aspiring digital nomads to thoroughly research and plan their financial strategies before embarking on this journey.

Living as a digital nomad in Bali presents a unique opportunity to combine work and leisure in an enchanting setting. By harnessing the power of technology and capitalizing on the island’s entrepreneurial spirit, these individuals have managed to create fulfilling careers while immersing themselves in the beauty of Bali.

11:29 10K a month? For real? If I make this much, I wouldn't be in Bali. And then at 18:30 for 1 million a month? You are kidding me, right? Maybe it's 1 million in Bali currency.

Kudos to all of you gentlemen and Rafa. I see a lot of resentful seated people who are stressed and on anxiety medication expressing their opinions on other people living their lives how they want.

It's the price you pay once you become internet facing, in a way it's kind of the nature of the platform. It's a swamp of people seeking dopamine for lives their not actually living.

Do what you want and if you start over 100 times. Do it.

Because we all die at the end.

I live on Madeira and In the beginning i was interacting a lot with the nomads. What i noticed is that, the people who stay nomads for more than a year are super strange. Often doing some shady scammy company, into Yoga cults or other weird ventures. They often feel like lost children, just floating around trying to find themselfs. They got a pretty bad reputation here In Madeira. Locals think they are super strange aswell.

Bottom line: They all don’t make money. They’re just spending whatever they have until they run out. And then back to reality.

I've been a digital nomad since 2015, living in Chiang Mai, Thailand. For the first couple years I tried to connect with other "nomads" I quickly learned how insufferable 99% of them were and how little if any of them actually made any money. At first I thought I would meet a lot of inspiring people who i could connect with, learn from, and be inspired by. Now all my friends are Thais and I make 10x more money than all the nomads I see and I largely just keep to myself.

Everybody is a fucking YouTuber, podcaster, course developer. Nobody actually creates anything of value.

Lets see, where all those guys are in 1 year:) Living myself in SEA and working remotely for 8 yrs now. Most "nomads" I met didn`t make it long. They got broke or/and didn`t have enough discipline. From my experience, everyone except the 1st one are just scammers or daydreamers. Working 1-2hrs/day and sipping the rest of the day a coconut next to the pool/ partying at night. That`s NOT how it works.
