I Witnessed Ghosts! – Storage Auction Turned Profit in Just 2 Weeks!

For many people, the mere thought of purchasing a storage unit at an auction seems like an intriguing and potentially lucrative endeavor. With the possibility of stumbling upon forgotten treasures or valuable items, it’s no wonder that these auctions have gained popularity in recent years.

However, one storage auction buyer got more than they bargained for when they purchased a unit for just $99 and discovered something truly shocking – the remains of a deceased individual.

The unit, located in a nondescript storage facility, was filled with old furniture, clothing, and boxes piled high to the ceiling. Amongst the clutter, the buyer found a sealed storage bin that piqued their curiosity. After prying it open, they were horrified to discover human remains inside.

Authorities were immediately called to the scene, and an investigation was launched to determine the identity of the deceased individual and the circumstances surrounding their death. It was ultimately revealed that the remains belonged to a missing person who had been reported missing several years prior.

Despite the macabre discovery, the buyer wasted no time in selling off the contents of the storage unit. With a keen eye for antiques and collectibles, they were able to turn a profit in just two weeks, earning several hundred dollars from the sale of the items inside.

The incident serves as a chilling reminder of the hidden dangers and risks involved in purchasing storage units at auctions. While the potential for finding valuable items is certainly enticing, buyers must also be prepared for the unexpected and ensure they are adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.

I leave cremations in the unit with personal effects. That’s not my issue. I also leave behind anything obviously stolen. Seems like every unit I buy has a hand basket from a store, that’s where I put all their personal items, it’s clearly stolen, so I won’t take it.
