Bro, I'm a graphic designer and a video editor. right now I'm asscociated with a company jinki guidelines ye kehti "you should exclusively work for them and should not take any full time or part time project. m freelancing start krna chahta hu but what if unhe pta chl gya? koi legal issue hoga kya. I mean I'm doing great in that job and doing more than what my designation states.

Bhai, kindly clear some doubts:
1. if working freelance for another company while working full time for an MNC, will it be a problem if i give a different bank account?
2. can employer know somehow that an additional ~50k is coming in per month to me? either through pan card/ adhaar? what if they ask the bank where my salary account is register?

i am doing freelancing where 10% tds is deducted at source. now i am going to join a international bank as software engineer. will be in trouble as banks require you to declare everything before hand. please advise. i want to continue my freelancing journey
