As an entrepreneur, owning multiple businesses can be a daunting task. The sheer amount of responsibility and workload can easily overwhelm even the most experienced business owner. However, with careful planning, delegation, and organization, it is possible to successfully manage multiple businesses without feeling like you’re going crazy.
I am a serial entrepreneur who currently owns and operates 26 businesses in various industries. From restaurants to tech startups, each business requires a different set of skills, resources, and attention. So how do I manage to keep all these businesses running smoothly without losing my mind?
The key to owning multiple businesses without going crazy is delegation. I have built a strong team of managers and employees who are responsible for the day-to-day operations of each business. By delegating tasks and trusting my team to handle their respective roles, I am able to focus on the bigger picture and ensure that each business is heading in the right direction.
In addition to delegation, I have also implemented systems and processes to streamline operations and increase efficiency. By standardizing procedures and using technology to automate repetitive tasks, I am able to save time and reduce the likelihood of errors or oversights.
Another important aspect of managing multiple businesses is prioritization. Not all businesses are created equal, and it is crucial to prioritize those that are most profitable or have the greatest potential for growth. By focusing my time and resources on the businesses that are most likely to succeed, I am able to maximize my return on investment and avoid spreading myself too thin.
Furthermore, I make sure to take care of myself both physically and mentally. Owning multiple businesses can be stressful, so it is important to prioritize self-care and make time for relaxation and rejuvenation. Whether it’s spending time with family and friends, exercising, or practicing mindfulness, taking care of myself allows me to stay focused and resilient in the face of challenges.
In conclusion, owning multiple businesses can be a challenging endeavor, but with the right strategies and mindset, it is possible to succeed without going crazy. By delegating, prioritizing, implementing systems, and prioritizing self-care, I have been able to successfully manage 26 businesses and continue to grow my entrepreneurial ventures. So if you’re considering diving into the world of multiple businesses, remember that with careful planning and organization, anything is possible.

"Fire people fast" – Well. She's fortunate to live in the US then. This shit won't work anywhere else with a functioning protection of employees and workers rights.
One of my favorites, she is!
Wow, Bodies you are a legend!❤ I'm based in London and Ireland mainly and you've always inspired me and now I'm starting to get things going by basically delegating different friends for different tasks and they gain in some way by working with me. Thanks, hope to meet you one day.
Haha. People here don’t get it because they are thinking about day-to-day operations. She is only a boss in the same way that shareholders are the boss of companies. I.e. she is the OWNER. She buys small businesses and makes sure the person running it is good at what they do and communicates her objective to them clearly. She is not running the businesses in any practical or operational sense I suspect. She effectively has a bunch of CEOs that she can trust to do the right things. But if they screw up, she can get rid of them. That’s how she can have 26 businesses and still have time to tell us about it.
Thank you!!!! You are amazing I learn every day we don’t lose we only learn
