Month 3: Turning Online Sales into a Business After Losing my Job

It has been three months since I lost my job due to the ongoing pandemic, and it has been quite the rollercoaster. At first, I was devastated and unsure of what the future held for me. But then I decided to take matters into my own hands and start flipping stuff online to make ends meet.

Month 3 of my online flipping journey has been full of ups and downs. I have learned a lot about the online marketplace and how to effectively sell items for a profit. I have also faced challenges such as competition from other sellers and difficulty sourcing high-quality items to resell.

One of the things that I have found to be crucial in this business is building a strong online presence. I have been active on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, where I showcase the items I have for sale and interact with potential customers. I have also invested in a professional-looking website to attract more customers and build credibility.

In the past month, I have expanded my product range to include a variety of items such as electronics, clothing, and home decor. I have also experimented with different pricing strategies to maximize my profits. It has been a steep learning curve, but I am starting to see the results of my hard work pay off.

Despite the challenges I have faced, I am optimistic about the future of my online flipping business. I have managed to make a decent income in the past month, which has helped me cover my expenses and save for the future. I am excited to see where this journey will take me and am determined to continue growing and improving my business.

In conclusion, losing my job was a difficult blow, but it also opened up new opportunities for me. Flipping stuff online has been a lifeline for me during these uncertain times, and I am grateful for the chance to build a successful business from the ground up. I am excited to see where this journey will take me in the coming months and am confident that with determination and hard work, I can achieve my goals.

I had a guy like that paper towel guy try to buy something from me once. I went through and saw that all he ever left was negative feedback. I block his account from buying from me but right before I simply raised the price to the item he was wanting and he got even more pissed. haha

I heard you say more than once in this video you go to thrift stores to find what to later sell on Ebay. How often go you go to yard sales? I'm just inquisitive.

4:34 You can reply back to bad reviews on Ebay and tell your side of the story. Anyone who is signed in on Ebay can read all the reviews any seller has, and a seller's response to them.

I had a similar thing happened to me. A buyer wanted all their money back. I agreed to give them all their money back in a refund. But later found out from Ebay they wouldn't fully give the buyer all their money back, that included the shipping and handling the buyer had to pay. Because of that this buyer left me a bad review. But it doesn't matter anymore, because now Ebay doesn't list positive or negative seller reviews if it's past 1 year now.
