Last week, I decided to try my hand at selling some of my old Pokémon cards to see how much I could make. I have been collecting these cards since I was a kid, so I was curious to see if they still had any value. I documented the whole process in my latest vlog, Vlog 18, to share with you all.
I started by going through my collection and selecting a handful of cards that I believed to be rare or valuable. I did some research online to get an idea of how much these cards were currently selling for and set my prices accordingly. I listed the cards for sale on various online marketplaces such as eBay and Facebook Marketplace.
Throughout the week, I received several inquiries about my cards and ended up making a few sales. Some cards sold quickly, while others took a bit longer to find the right buyer. It was really exciting to see my collection being appreciated by others and to make some money from cards that had just been sitting in a box for years.
By the end of the week, I had made a total of $200 from selling Pokémon cards. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I was able to make in such a short amount of time. It was a fun and profitable experience that I would definitely consider doing again in the future.
I also learned a lot about the value of Pokémon cards and how to properly list and sell them online. It’s important to do your research and price your cards competitively to attract potential buyers. It’s also essential to take good photos of your cards and provide clear descriptions to ensure a smooth sales process.
Overall, selling my Pokémon cards was a rewarding experience that allowed me to declutter my collection and make some extra cash. If you have old Pokémon cards lying around, I highly recommend taking the time to assess their value and consider selling them. You never know how much you could make from a few pieces of cardboard with a little pocket monster on them.
