I feel you. I'm also an email support and you may not be tired physically but your my gosh I feel like I'm about to throw up when I see that emails keeps coming. Especially after the holiday and no us reps are available, we get around a thousand pending which kinda sucks coz there's just 2 or 3 of you during that shift and lots of claims needs to be done ugh. I'm glad to learn about how you started as a freelancer. It's almost the same as mine. I'm freelancing since 2014 and some corporate jobs in between but I went back to FLing. Now full time. It's good to know that you get to choose a day shift. Mine is always night shift.
