    Upwork freelancer or fiverr is a waste of time, the energy you could spend to build your profil etc.. You could start a business online or contact directy the clients or work with a marketer. Those platform really limited and they take so many advantage with the cuts, the fees, the limited apply with their points or what ever they call it. If you still believe having a freedom in your job you should definitively look away from those amateur platforms.
