It’s amazing how easy it is for anyone to start from $0 and work their way up! My wife and I used to live in a nice town outside of Nashville, TN and we used to drive around nice neighborhoods to see what people would set out by the road. We found an electric recliner that retails for around $1,000 that a man set out by the road and was wrapped in plastic wrap. I went to the door and he said he only sat in it a few times, but didn’t care for it anymore and just wanted to give it to the first person who finds it. We snagged it as quick as we could.
