I'm coming to PV in February. I have no problem paying 1200 for the apartment you are in now! I plan on getting an Air bb for a month and find a better place for the rest of my stay of 6 months. Is this strategy ok? I think too there are better deal NOT on Air BB.

1. What is the gym y'all love?
2. What would you say is the range for direct rental of 1 and 2 bedrooms in the locations you recommend? E.g. in Roma Norte I'd say $1200 – $1800 USD is a fair and obtainable rate, while ABBs are more in the 1500 – 2500 range.
3. Do you rely on cowork more for community? I find I can do most of my work from home, but eventually this feels a bit antisocial.
