Cigna is AWFUL 10/10 would not recommend unless you have NO LIFE .
I’ll put it like this , the ENTIRE training class QUIT except for 3 people that were fired.
Esther Pentengill the manager is god written awful. She looks exactly like the receptionist on monsters inc . They also get paid at 6pm CST time & worse case scenario you will get paid the day AFTER payday LOL or if even at all!! . They also do not stick to accommodations made before you signed the agreement they will act like it doesn't exist. They are NOT child friendly. If you have to use your break to get your kid the answer is NO. If you are sick they do not care. They are strict and you cannot miss NO time in training or they will fire you. Even for equipment issues that is on their part you will be FIRED. They do pay for your internet but it's spectrum. Everyone knows spectrum has tons of outages but according to them they don't. Their tech team is clueless & will say you don't have an outage when the app says you do. Long story short you will be wrote up for technical issues even though they are paying and equipping you. Also they DO remote into your computer at ANY given time & move your mouse around to see if you’re paying attention & WILL record your screen so you BETTER BE THERE ! They are very hands on with the following along. Even if the trainer is reading they expect you to move your mouse to scroll along or you will get written up! You can’t use the bathroom more than 1x a day outside of your breaks. They count that as work avoidance. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT EVER use acw in between calls not even to document they will write you up & say you’re doing work avoidance & they DO NOT document it in your workday. Because you aren’t actually getting written up. They use a lot of threat tactics to scare you. Long story short they can’t keep nobody and the whole training class went to the EEOC about them .
Monique, I am just tired of trying to get these online jobs. I have a bachelor degree in business mostly accounting. Lots of experience in cost accounting, I am also a licensed insurance agent for health life and annuities. I have not had any luck. Please help.
