   Do late shipment also effect our account health while doing FBA ? If it do then why ?because we are Already paying Amazon fee for that and if shipment get late Amazon should be responsible.

   I loved every second of it. I am not clear on one thing. 55:21, you meant you do pay state taxes in NY state as it is not tax exempt. You can only save on state taxes in states which are tax exempt ? Please clarify.

   Besides do you get billed with taxes when sending goods to prep centre?
