I have no way of knowing what other sellers are doing. If on rare occaisons a customer wants to cancel I say no problem and do it. But I had a strange thing happen recently. I cancelled an order as requested but a month later I noticed this person who NEVER bought the item left me a neutral feedback with a somewhat negative comment about the item a month later. I called ebay and of course they removed it. My question is how can this happen?? I have seen other sellers state this happened to them also. This is an actual ebay problem.
