    This is how I price myself. I do what is called the performance hybrid model. The client pays minimum wage for a work product minus any performance it may generate. If the work actually performs (such as gets the business more calls, leads) the client must pay the full negotiated rate which usually is double the minimum wage for the state. Its covers the freelancer for getting paid for physical work being done and rewards further if that work was quality and valuable to the client.
