All good suggestions however you neglected one important thing…..visas! As you know, you cant just show up in any of these places & expect to stay as long as you want. There is always a limit on visas for any country however the easiest way around it is if you have "deep pockets" to invest in the country. If not, you may be in for an enjoyable but limited stay.
Those numbers are extremely on the LOW side …. would even be difficult for a frugal backpacker to live off those numbers. I've lived and still live in some of the places mentioned and the numbers are way off.
