Living in Tbilisi as a Digital Nomad: A Review after Two Months
Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, is a city steeped in history and culture, and for digital nomads seeking a unique and vibrant place to live and work, it has been gaining attention in recent years. For instance, the language barrier can be a hurdle for those who do not speak Georgian or Russian, as English is not as widely spoken. However, I have found that many locals are eager to communicate and are patient and helpful when it comes to overcoming language barriers.
Overall, my experience of living in Tbilisi as a digital nomad has been overwhelmingly positive. The city’s rich history, stunning landscapes, and warm and welcoming people have made it an ideal location for both work and leisure. Whether working from a cozy cafe or exploring the city’s many attractions, Tbilisi has exceeded my expectations and I look forward to continuing my adventure in this vibrant and dynamic city. Heading to Georgia in about 2 months (1 thai and 1 Canadian) so we are visa free! Are there any requirements or questions from immigration on arrival. Like onward flights or sufficient funds or insurance? Or just a drive get a stamp and enter?
