Last week, we embarked on our journey in the ALX Virtual Assistant programme with a focus on setting goals and creating a plan to achieve them. This week, we have reached our second milestone, which is all about skills tracking and peer coaching.

Skills tracking is an essential part of personal and professional development. It allows us to measure our progress, identify areas for improvement, and celebrate our achievements. In the ALX Virtual Assistant programme, we are encouraged to track our skills in various areas such as communication, time management, organization, and problem-solving.
