while this model is smart it would be even smarter if you know you will provide 5x revenue for the company to ask to a 2.5x share of the business your bringing in and a fee of lets say 20x over a time period. No business owner would say no to that deal when your given them money before your getting payed. The thing your building needs to make them money or save them money over time. Then your really making money.

Wouldn't that just be a AI based SMMA model. I really don't think that SMMA is saturated at all, you really just have to re-invent how you scale and grow and see better results. There are always going to be people with a business that is willing to pay someone to even just see things diffrently in a business. AI is a very powerful tool and can be used in all business models(SMMA, SAAS, AIAA ect)
