If you are a seller on Amazon using Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) to handle your orders, there are several tips and tricks you can use to streamline your process and ultimately increase your sales. Here are some pro tips specifically for handling FBM orders on Amazon.

1. Speed is key: One of the biggest advantages of FBM is the ability to fulfill orders quickly. Make sure you are prepared to fulfill orders promptly and have a reliable shipping provider to get your products to customers in a timely manner. Amazon customers value fast shipping, so the quicker you can get the product to them, the better.

2. Use professional packaging: Presentation matters when it comes to online shopping. Make sure your products are packaged professionally and securely to protect them during shipping. You want your customers to receive their purchases in pristine condition and be impressed by the care you took in packaging them.

3. Communicate with customers: Keep your customers informed about the status of their orders. Once an order is placed, communicate with the customer about when they can expect their product to arrive. Provide tracking information so they can follow the progress of their shipment.

4. Implement a return policy: Make sure you have a clear and fair return policy in place for customers who may need to return a product. By making returns easy and hassle-free, you can improve customer satisfaction and increase the likelihood of repeat business.

5. Utilize Amazon’s tools: Amazon offers a variety of tools and resources to help FBM sellers manage their orders efficiently. Make use of features such as bulk shipping, inventory management, and order tracking to streamline your operations and stay on top of your business.

By following these pro tips for FBM orders on Amazon, you can streamline your operations, improve customer satisfaction, and ultimately boost your sales. With careful planning and attention to detail, you can make the most of your FBM fulfillment strategy and find success as an Amazon seller.

    Won’t this affect Buybox?
Also this will affect profit margins when it comes to shipping if someone places 2 separate orders vs 2 orders in one box.
